Ingredients:
Seafood and Vegetables:
2 lobster tails, split in half
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 ears of corn, cut into halves or thirds
1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced (optional)
1 lb baby potatoes
For the Seasoning Butter:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Boil the Vegetables:
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the baby potatoes for 10 minutes. Add the corn and boil for another 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Seasoning Butter:
In a bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the Seafood Bake:
In a large baking dish, arrange the parboiled potatoes, corn, shrimp, lobster tails, and sausage (if using). Pour the seasoned butter evenly over everything, ensuring all the ingredients are well coated.
Bake:
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20–25 minutes or until the lobster and shrimp are fully cooked.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove the foil, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
Tips:
Add Variations: Include crab legs, mussels, or clams for a more elaborate seafood boil.
Spicy Option: Adjust the cayenne pepper or add a drizzle of hot sauce for extra heat.
