🎄 Red Velvet Wreath Cake 🎄


Ingredients:

🧈 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

🥚 4 large eggs

🥛 1 cup buttermilk

🍫 1/4 cup cocoa powder

🌟 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

🧂 1/2 tsp salt

🍭 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

🍶 1 tsp vanilla extract

🌹 2 tbsp red food coloring

🥄 1 tsp baking soda

🥄 1 tsp white vinegar

Frosting:

🧈 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

🧀 16 oz cream cheese, softened

🍭 4 cups powdered sugar

🍶 2 tsp vanilla extract

Decoration:

🎄 Assorted holiday sprinkles

🍬 Red and green candies

🌟 Fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions:

1. 🌀 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.

2. 🥣 In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

3. 🍶 Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and red food coloring.

4. 🥛 Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk, starting and ending with dry ingredients.

5. 🥄 Mix vinegar and baking soda, then fold into the batter.

6. 🎂 Pour batter into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool completely.

7. 🧁 For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.

8. 🎨 Frost the cake, decorate with sprinkles, candies, and rosemary sprigs to resemble a wreath.
