Roti curried mixture


Curried mixture

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken/beef/goat/vegetables  (based on your desire)
3 onions
parsley
celery
thyme
Basil
2 garlic cloves
salt to taste
1/2 lb carrots or potatoes
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp fat (butter)

Method
Clean meat and Season with salt, ketchup, garlic, herbs and onions. 
Fry lightly in fat (butter) in a large pot. 
Add curry and simmer in water until chicken is nearly cooked.
Dice carrots or potatoes and add to pot.
Continue cooking chicken until potatoes or carrots are both tender
